Backer is equipped with the latest technology in chemical etching and photo etching. Backer offers heater material in both etched circuit and printed circuit form delivered either on rolls or in sheets, which allows you to complete the final assembly of the heater. Calesco will create drawings based on your specifications, then print and etch the foil circuit material and either deliver this base material directly to your specifications or continue to take it to the assembly level that you prefer.  This allows you to get material at a low cost and it can give you a larger variety of insulation materials to use if you are limited to meet your customer's needs.

This foil technology does not limit you to just heaters, but it also can be used to create flexible circuits or flat antennas.
