Mica HeatersThe Mica heater is the most energy-efficient and cost-effective of all heaters available on the market today. They are extremely employed for a wide variety of heating applications including the production of both convection and radiant heat. The product specially designed and precisely made using a heating element, etched foil, sandwiched between two layers of mica.

Since the heating elements of mica heaters are covered between Mica materials, these heaters offer excellent performance, even in extreme temperatures. They are also perfect for use as stand-alone heaters at lower temperatures. They may be used for extreme temperature applications of up to 400°C (688 °F) and as low as -50°C (-58°F). Although these heaters work effectively as stand-alone heaters at low temperatures, they may require a heat sink in more extreme temperatures to provide better heat transfer.

Mica heaters feature: high power density, high working temperatures and a fast and efficient heat up time. The product, which can be used in open air, offers several distinct advantages over other heater technologies.
